Our Refund Policy

The Aragon Guarantee

Although close to 99% of our customers are satisfied with their AI headshots, there may be instances where your photos don't accurately represent you for various reasons. At Aragon, we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Therefore, we are more than willing to offer a complimentary redo or a 100% refund in such cases.

However, because our product is digital, and to prevent abuse, we have implemented several policies to ensure fairness and maintain a high-quality product for everyone.

What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund

We may not be able to provide a refund in the following scenarios:

Not Following Our Upload Instructions: If you are dissatisfied with your output, we will examine your uploaded photos to verify that you adhered to our upload instructions.

Using Your Photos: To prevent abuse, downloading your photos is considered as using your product. You will have the opportunity to preview all of your AI-generated pictures before downloading.

Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Team Plans: For team accounts, we currently offer only partial refunds for unused credits. This policy is due to the higher costs associated with servicing larger customers.

Refunds for Aragon Lite and Pro Subscriptions

If you would like a refund on your Aragon Lite or Aragon Pro subscription, please note the following conditions:

For ARAGON LITE

  • A full refund can be offered if you have not used any of the editing tools available with your Aragon Lite subscription, whether it is a weekly or annual subscription.
  • The refund will be provided for your most recent payment. For example, if you've made three payments for the weekly subscription, we can only issue a full refund for the third payment.

For ARAGON PRO

  • A full refund can be offered if you have not used any of the editing tools or generated any of the photo packs available with your Aragon Pro subscription, whether it is a weekly or annual subscription.
  • The refund will be provided for your most recent payment.For example, if you've made three payments for the weekly subscription, we can only issue a full refund for the third payment.

How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Customer Support by emailing support@aragon.ai or using our chatbox. When requesting a refund, remember to include the email address associated with your order.

How Long Do Refunds Take

We will review and respond to refund requests, in accordance with this policy, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
